PHASE VII: Initial Implementation Phase
In this final phase of developing an economic development organizational framework, the team will support Pontiac in its initial implementation including continued communication with stakeholders, supporting partners and the community; training; board recruitment strategies; plans for funding and entity development, and preparation of supporting documents for the organization.
