PHASE I: Project Launch, Management & Communication Protocols
Phase I is where the Pontiac EDO Project Team determines methods for community engagement, communication, and identification of stakeholders to be involved throughout the process. A diverse cross-section of stakeholders and potential partner collaborations is important to building relationships and involvement from the outset and throughout the process to ensure a sustainable framework and successful implementation.
During this phase, the team will hold regular bi-weekly meetings to keep the initiative on the timeline. This micro-website was created to help with external communication, assuring that it is accessible and available in multiple languages. All project updates, public meetings, and project details will be made available on this site. It also provides the opportunity for the community to provide feedback or ask questions along the way. Quarterly updates will be provided on this site and through notifications to key stakeholders.
