PHASE IV: Strategic Planning

Building understanding and support of the future framework starts with inclusive community engagement and continues throughout. Utilizing the information gathered from the stakeholder engagement focus groups and listening sessions, the needs, paths and resources necessary for a comprehensive organizational framework to move forward will be showcased at a strategic planning session of key stakeholders. Facilitation will lead the group through discussions of naturally occurring alignments, organizational process flow, metrics of success, partner responsibilities, and the prioritization of goals and objectives.
