PHASE VI: Framework Deliverables
All previous data collected, strategic considerations and the legal process guide will be combined into an organizational framework and logic model for the reasoning, actions, resources necessary, and steps for implementation. Visualizing the connections between the resources, actions and intended outcomes to enable collaborations and effective implementation. This will include short and long-term goals for economic development, and an action plan with a detailed timeline, budget and champions to support the organizational framework. The budget will include potential sources of funding, including grants, public funding, private investment and other sustainable mechanisms to support the organizational framework and future projects and programs. A short-form report will accompany this framework for a quick and easy way to share with stakeholders and the community to grow comprehension and support.
