To fundamentally improve the quality of life for all residents and businesses, the City of Pontiac and Pontiac Funders Collaborative have launched the Pontiac Economic Development Organizational (EDO) Framework Initiative to develop a clear, comprehensive, and collaborative economic development structure for the future.
This important initiative is in partnership with Main Street Oakland County, Oakland County Economic Development, Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency and Centro Multicultural La Familia.
About This Session
As a critical part of our community engagement process, this 75-minute Economic Development Community Listening Session hosted by OLHSA is an open forum designed to gather essential input to define the roles, capacity, and structure of the future economic development organization in Pontiac. We specifically seek your perspective on community needs, historical and future economic development impact concerns, and neighborhood and commercial corridor priorities to ensure the EDO framework comprehensively addresses both residential and business needs, fosters awareness, and builds transparency and confidence with the community.
