To fundamentally improve the quality of life for all residents and businesses, the City of Pontiac and Pontiac Funders Collaborative have launched the Pontiac Economic Development Organizational (EDO) Framework Initiative to develop a clear, comprehensive, and collaborative economic development structure for the future.
This important initiative is in partnership with Main Street Oakland County, Oakland County Economic Development, Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency and Centro Multicultural La Familia.
About This Session

Important Details
- Focus: Prioritizing redevelopment properties, determining the ideal structure to accelerate redevelopment, clarifying the BRA's responsibilities and collaboration with the future EDO, and addressing training/expertise needs.
- Who: BRA Practitioners and Development Experts.
- Registration: This focus group is by invitation only.
